Meet Megan Lilly

Megan loves being part of Golden Life because of the special relationships that form between staff members and residents. To her, Golden Life is more than a place to work—it’s a community that feels like family. She sees firsthand the difference the team makes in residents’ lives each day and finds being part of that community to be one of the most rewarding parts of her job. Megan takes pride in working alongside a team that comes together to create a welcoming environment and provide the best possible care for every resident.

When she’s not managing the Grow House, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her husband, John, and her 12-year-old daughter, Adisen Grace. Family has always been one of Megan’s greatest passions, and she also loves spending time with her two stepchildren and four grandchildren. When she has some free time, you might find her going for a bike ride, fishing, or relaxing with her parents at their lake.

Megan’s outlook on life is simple: “Don’t sweat the small stuff.” She believes life is too short to be anything but happy and that loving one another is one of the best ways we can make the most of it. That caring outlook shines through in the way Megan approaches both her family and her work. Her loving nature and commitment to the people around her make her a wonderful part of the Golden Life family, and the residents are better off because of the care she brings to their lives each day.
